Registration is for doctors who are not yet IAOMT Members attending the Friday/ Saturday IAOMT Scientific Symposium. Staff members and other guests must attend with a registered doctor, and sign up separately as Guest Attendees. As part of the registration fee, you will receive a DVD of the excellent, and knowledgeable presenters. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the conference to receive this wonderful Computer DVD.

Guests include staff members and others who will be attending the Friday/Saturday Symposium with a registered doctor. Please include your credentials, so we may have it correct on your nametags.
