Exhibitor Reservations

We are now accepting exhibitors for the Annual Conference 2010.  Make sure to sign up early for our Fall Meeting, September 23-25 at the Marriott Mission Valley.

IAOMT is a membership organization for dental, medical and research professionals who seek to promote mercury-free dentistry, and raise the standards of scientific biocompatibility in dental practice. Once again, we have a dynamic line-up scientific presentations for the IAOMT Meeting. This is why we continue to attract the most progressive professionals in dentistry, medicine, research, science and education. Our conference typically draws between 150-200 dentists, physicians, and medical research scientists.

Exhibit Package & Pricing

Booth space consists of a 6 ft. draped table and two chairs. Exhibitor fees are $850. This will include two exhibitor staff admissions to the conference lecture hall, lunch and continental breakfast for both staff on Friday and Saturday. Inserted into all the attendee notebooks will be your company’s advertisement, (one page, 8 1/2 X 11 double sided print) highlighting your company, products or service. 250 copies are to be provided by the exhibitor. A follow-up contact list of registrants will be provided soon after the conference. Continental breakfast & breaks are served in the exhibit hall to increase exposure. Each staff listed on the reservation form receives an identification/name badge. This must be worn at all times while in attendance at the exhibit.

Space Assignment/Payment

Space is limited (only 25 exhibitors). Booths are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. Exhibit space will be confirmed upon receipt of completed application accompanied by full payment in the form of check or credit card. In order to maintain the standards of the IAOMT and its dedication to evidence based health care, the IAOMT reserves the right to decline any reservation request.

Sponsorship Opportunities: Increase your company’s presence at the conference! Sponsorship for breakfast, lunch or refreshment breaks available. Sponsors receive special recognition in the conference notebooks and from the podium as well as signage at the tables.

Breakfast or Break: $695 Lunch: $1,000

Absent Exhibitors: This opportunity is available for companies who desire to distribute information to our conference attendees but are unable to exhibit in person. Absent Exhibitors, (AE) are limited to 3 different pieces of literature, 100 copies each. A visitor sheet with AE’s name and space for attendees to register for immediate contact will be added on the table. AE’s will receive an attendance list after the conference and are able to include notebook inserts. New companies who have not exhibited with the IAOMT previously, must commit to exhibiting in person within the next 12 months.

If you have not exhibited with us previously, please submit in writing (100 words or less), on a separate sheet of paper, a brief description of your company and its products/devices/services.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made 60 days prior to conference will receive at 85% refund of monies paid. Cancellations 59-15 day prior to conference receive a 70% refund of monies paid. Cancellations made 15 days or less prior to conference or no shows receive no refund of monies paid.

Acceptance of a company for exhibition does not constitute endorsement by IAOMT or the Exhibit Committee.
